Help in honeymooon accomodation in Phuket

Hi,

We are coming to Thailand for honeymoon in March and plan to spend 3-4 days in Phuket. Our budget is around 3000-4000 TBH. A few friends who have been there suggested below resorts/hotels to us:

Pacific Club Resort
Banthai Beach Resort & Spa
Karon Sea Sands Resort

Can you pls advise how they are.. any other recommendations are also welcome.
